5. Clinical Non-Diagnostic & EU AI Act Transparency Notice
GEXAURA provides administrative dental reception automation, emergency scheduling pre-triage routing, recall management, and Practice Management System (PVS) synchronization (§ 390 SGB V HL7 FHIR R4 / VDDS-MMI / CalDAV). GEXAURA is not a medical device under Regulation (EU) 2017/745 (MDR) or the Swiss Medical Devices Ordinance (MepV) and does not issue clinical diagnoses or treatment prescriptions. Pursuant to Art. 50 of the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), patients interacting with the digital concierge are transparently informed that they are communicating with an automated AI system.
6. Dispute Resolution (B2B Scope)
GEXAURA services are offered exclusively to commercial dental practices, clinics, and DSOs (B2B). Gexiro Global Enterprises Ltdis neither obligated nor willing to participate in consumer dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
